ヴィンセント・ヴォルフシュタイナー(テノール )
ミュンヘン出身のテノール歌手。ニューイングランド音楽院でウィリアム・コットンに学び、グラニット州立オペラの《ラ・ボエーム》ロドルフォでデビュー、その後《カルメン》ドン・ホセ、《カヴァレリア・ルスティカーナ》トゥリッドゥ、《海賊》コルラード、《道化師》カニオ等を、マサチューセッツ、ニューヨーク、フロリダ、ニューハンプシャー等で演じた。

The Munich born and raised tenor Vincent Wolfsteiner studied at New England Conservatory with William Cotton and made his debut as Rodolfo/La Bohème at Grantite State Opera, followed by engagements including roles, such as Don José/Carmen, Turiddu/Cavalleria rusticana, Coraddo/Il Corsaro and Canio/Pagliacci in Massachussets, New York, Florida and New Hampshire.

昨シーズンは、フランクフルト歌劇場で《ナクソス島のアリアドネ》バッカスと《ヴォツェック》鼓手長を歌い、《オベロン》ヒュオンでアン・デア・ウィーン劇場にデビューした。さらに、ダニエル・バレンボイム指揮によるベルリン国立歌劇場でワーグナーの《トリスタンとイゾルデ》タイトルロール、バイロイト音楽祭で《ワルキューレ》ジークムントを演じた。
19/20シーズンは、ベルリン国立歌劇場で《サロメ》ヘロデに役デビュー。同役ではウィーン国立歌劇場とモスクワのボリショイ劇場にもデビューした。20年は、セバスティアン・ヴァイグレ指揮によるフランクフルト歌劇場で新制作のトリスタン、ミュンヘンのバイエルン国立歌劇場で《魔笛》武者Ⅰを歌った。
コンサート歌手としても積極的に活動しており、そのレパートリーには、モーツァルト《レクイエム》、ベートーヴェンの交響曲第9番、メンデルスゾーンの《エリヤ》と《最初のワルプルギスの夜》、シューマン《ゲーテのファウストからの情景》、マーラーの交響曲第8番や《大地の歌》等の重要な作品がある。

During a collaboration at Sarasota, FL, Vincent Wolfsteiner became aquainted with Peter Leonard - the then designated general music director at Volkstheater Rostock, who offered him a Festengagement. While in Rostock, Mr. Wolfsteiner sang roles like Prince/Love Of Three Oranges, Graf Zedlau/Wiener Blut, Max/Der Freischütz, Erik/Der fliegende Holländer, Hans/The Bartered Bride and Des Grieux/Manon Lescaut.
In the following years, he worked freelance an guested houses, including State Opera Hnnover, Komische Oper Berlin, Staatstheater Darmstadt, Oldenburgisches Staatstheater as well as the Opera Festival Heidenheim. At these institutions he took on roles like Siegmund/Die Walküre, Florestan/Fidelio, Aegisth/Elektra, Bacchus/Ariadne auf Naxos, Piccolomini in Weinberger's Wallenstein, Officer in Hindemith's Cardillac, as well as Carlo Santos in Weill's Der Kuhhandel.
Following two seasons (2012-14) as a permanent member of the ensemble at Staatstheater Nuremberg, Vincent Wolfsteiner became a member of the ensemble at Opera Frankfurt, debuting in the title role of Verdi's Otello. Since then, he performed all major tenor roles in Wagner's Ring cycle, the title roles Tristan und Isolde, Lohengrin, Peter Grimes and Andrea Chénier, Erik/Der fliegende Holländer, Calaf/Turandot, Luigi/Il tabarro, Maurizio/Adriana Lecouvreur, as well as Filka Morozov/From the House of the Dead. Last season, he sang Bacchus/Ariadne auf Naxos and Tambourmajor/Wozzeck at Oper Frankfurt, and Hüon/Oberon on the occasion of his house debut at Theater an der Wien. Furthermore, he performed the title role of Wagner's Tristan und Isolde at Staatsoper Unter den Linden Berlin under the baton of Daniel Barenboim, as well as Siegmund/Die Walküre at Bayreuth Festival. In the 19/20 season Vincent Wolfsteiner made his celebrated role debut as Herodes/Salome at the Staatsoper Unter den Linden , followed by debuts in this same role at the Staatsoper Wien and Bolshoi Theatre Moscow. in 2020 he sang Tristan in the new production of the Oper Frankfurt under the direction of Sebastian Weigle and first Geharnischter in Magic Flute at the Bavarian State Opera München.
