電子チケット
（チケットれすQ）
東京文化会館で開催される公演では、電子チケット（チケットれすQ）を導入しています。入場の際、スマホやタブレットに表示したコードを認証機にかざすだけ。紙でチケットを発券するのに比べ、手数料が半額になります。
ご希望の方は、購入の際、引取方法にて「チケットれすQ」をお選びください。

若い⽅にコンサートホールで演奏を聴く機会をたくさん持っていただきたいという願いから、「U-25 チケット」を東京・春・音楽祭オンライン・チケットサービス限定で販売いたします。

学校での芸術鑑賞・修学旅行の企画、旅行社のツアー企画、職場での福利厚生の一環として、コンサートや舞台を鑑賞しませんか。
グループ（10名以上）で鑑賞ご希望の場合、お席の手配などのご相談を個別に承ります。
ご購入にあたって
● 一部のイベントを除き、未就学児のご入場はご遠慮いただいております。● 急遽、公演内容や実施方法を変更、または公演を中止する可能性がございます。
最新情報を音楽祭公式サイトやSNSにてご確認ください。
出演者･曲目変更による払戻しは致しませんので、あらかじめご了承願います。
● チケット代金のお支払い後、お客様のご事情による変更・キャンセルは承りません。
● 公演中止以外の理由での払戻しはいたしません。
お客様ご自身または近しい方の体調不良や新型コロナウイルス感染などの事由は、払戻しの対象外となります。
事前の購入に不安や躊躇いを感じるお客様は、ご購入のタイミングを慎重にご検討ください。
東京・春・音楽祭オンライン・チケットサービスでは残席がある限り、公演当日までチケットを販売いたします。
● 営利目的のチケットの転売はいかなる場合でも固くお断りします。
正規の方法以外でご購入いただいたチケットのトラブルに関して、当実行委員会はいかなる責任も負いません。

Spring Festival in Tokyo Online Ticket Service (Web)

▶︎Receiving method
●E-ticket (QR ticket)
・All you need for use this service is to visit the venue with your smartphone. Wave your smartphone with your QR ticket displayed over a code reader at the entrance.
・After the reservation, please acquire a QR code before visiting the venue.
●Ticket Reception
・Please show your “order number” or “booking confirmation E-mail” at the ticket reception on the day of the performance to receive your ticket. The ticket reception will open usually at the same time of the door open.

Shopping Cart
You can reserve tickets of more than one concert at once.

- You cannot put Richard Wagner for Kids “Tristan und Isolde” into the shopping cart.
Trio Ticket
5% discount ticket with 3 seats in the same category of the same concert.
※There are concerts not supported.
※Categories S, A and B is acceptable for this plan for the concerts at Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Main Hall.
U-25 Ticket
Hoping for the younger generation to enjoy the concert more often in the concert hall, we have U-25 tickets. It is for the people under the age of 25.
If you want to purchase the U-25 ticket, please use the Online Ticket Service in Japanese or contact

Any changes or cancellations of tickets would not be acceptable even if programs and artists changed.
● Any changes or cancellations of tickets for the reason of the purchaser after payment would not be accepted.
● Any request for a ticket refund would not be accepted except in case of the cancellation of the concert itself.
Tickets will be available on Spring Festival in Tokyo Online Ticket Service until the day of each concert as long as there are remaining seats.
● Any resales with a profit objective are strictly prohibited.
We don’t take responsibility for any trouble caused by illegal resales.
