Vittorio De Campo(Bass)

Born in Tirano in June 1992, Vittorio De Campo dedicated himself to the study of lyrical singing under the guidance of Maestra Patrizia Fabbri while concurrently attending the final years of high school at the University of Milano Bicocca, pursuing a degree in Economics and Commerce.

His talent has been recognized in various International Singing Competitions, receiving the following awards:
• Prize for Best Bass Voice and Audience Award at the XIV Giulio Neri Competition 2022. • Audience Award and Special Prize Concert Dzintaru Koncertzäle Jumala at the Hans Gabor Belvedere Singing Competition 2022.
• Third Prize at the "SOI, Italian Opera School" Competition 2022.
• Teatro Lirico di Cagliari Prize: Season Contract 2022-23. Teatro di Sao Paolo Brazil Prize for a concert or new production.
• First Prize at the Marmo all'Opera Competition 2022.

• First Prize at the Giuditta Pasta Competition 2023. • Opera de Las Palmas Prize: Season Contract 2023/2024.

• First Prize at the Magda Olivero International Singing Competition 2022.

He made his debut on stage in Tosca at the Puccini Festival in Torre del Lago. In the Autumn Trilogy at the Teatro Alighieri in Ravenna, He debuted the role of Ramfis in Aida, under the stage direction of Cristina Mazzavillani Muti and conducted by Nicola Paszkowski. He also achieved the role of Oroveso in Norma, working on it with conductor Alessandro Benigni.

Furthermore, he portrayed the role of Colline in "La Bohème" at the XXV charity concert of Fundacion Cofares at the Teatro Real in Madrid, conducted by Kynan Johns, and at the Auditorio de Zaragoza (Spain).

As a soloist, he participated in Beethoven's Ninth Symphony at the Teatro Real in Madrid, conducted by Kynan Johns, and at the National Auditorium of Music in Madrid and Zaragoza.

He participated in the Riccardo Muti Italian Opera Academy in the opera Nabucco/Il Gran Scerdote di Bello, performing in Milan, Rimini, and Ravenna under the direction of Riccardo Muti. He interpreted the role at the Domstufen Festspiele in Erfurt in the summer of 2022.

He was the soloist in Verdi's Requiem at the Radio Television of Tirana in Albania, conducted by Jacopo Sipari di Pescasseroli. Colline in "La Bohème" in Ravenna and Rimini, Mephistopheles in "La Damnation de Faust" by Berlioz at the Domstufen in Erfurt in the summer of 2023,

Vittorio interpreted Il Re in "Aida" at the Fondazione Arena di Verona Festival,oppossite Anna Pirozzi, Gregory Kunde and Youngjun Park conducted by Daniel Oren.

Upcoming engagements include important roles such as the Commendatore in "Don Giovanni" conducted by Maestro Riccardo Muti and staged by Chiara Muti at the Teatro Massimo in Palermo, and Oroveso in "Norma" with the Riccardo Muti Opera Academy. Lastly, he will once again perform the role of Colline in "La Bohème" at the Teatro Benito Perez Galdós - "Opera de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria".
