ご購入にあたって
● 一部のイベントを除き、 未就学児のご入場はお断りいたします。
● 公演内容を変更、または公演を中止する可能性がございます。最新情報を音楽祭公式サイトやSNSにてご確認ください。公演中止以外の理由での払戻しはいたしません。
● チケット代金のお支払い後、お客様のご事情による変更・キャンセルは承りません。
● 営利目的のチケットの転売は固くお断りします。不正転売されたチケットではご入場いただけず、金銭的な保証は一切ございません。正規の方法以外で購入したチケットのトラブルに関して、当実行委員会はいかなる責任も負いません。
● 会場では写真及び動画による撮影・収録を行います。ロビーや客席の模様が一部映り込む場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

Any changes or cancellations of tickets would not be acceptable even if programs and artists changed.
● Any changes or cancellations of tickets for the reason of the purchaser after payment would not be accepted.
● Any request for a ticket refund would not be accepted except in case of the cancellation of the concert itself.
Tickets will be available on Spring Festival in Tokyo Online Ticket Service until the day of each concert as long as there are remaining seats.
● Any resales with a profit objective are strictly prohibited.
We don’t take responsibility for any trouble caused by illegal resales.
