Italian Opera Academy in Tokyo vol.5 will take place at several university facilities where many students attend. In order to prevent problems not only among students and nearby residents, but also among fellow audience, please read the following “Precautions for Attendance” before coming to the venue.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that all audience can enjoy the performance in comfort.

【For All Attendees】
•Photography, audio recording, or/and video recording in the audience seats is strictly prohibited.
•Waiting in university facilities and other venues, persistently asking performers for autographs or photos, or waiting in the lobby of the hotel where the performers are staying is strictly prohibited.
•Entry into the parking lots for the university, performers and staffs are prohibited.
•Please refrain from obstructing the passage of related vehicles.
•The organizers will not take responsibility for any problems between audience/attendance outside the venue.

【For attendees on Sep 2 (Concert-lesson), Sep 3 – 9 (Rehearsals) and Sep 10 & 12 (General Rehearsals )】
•During the rehearsal period from Sep 3 - 9, the use of electronic devices will be permitted exclusively for the purpose of viewing musical scores. We kindly ask for your understanding that, in order to prevent any unauthorized recording (including photography, video, or audio), the use of electronic devices is strictly prohibited during all other sessions, including Concert Lesson and the General Rehearsals.

【For attendees on Sep 11, 13 and 15】
•Please enjoy the afterglow of the music before applause and bravos.
•Please be advised that photography is permitted only during the curtain call at the end of the performance.
